A Pinch of Soul cooking is Alicia Pincham’s expression of "love" to everyone who eats my cooking.
I grew up with the house that everyone would come visit. When we were young, in my small country town, home cook meals was the norm. We associated food with good and bad times. Holiday we ate, Birthday we ate, Graduation we ate, Weddings we ate, death we ate. Gathering with friends and family around some good conversation and good food was Priceless. When I grew up I became the person who would bring casseroles to work, baked goods to my children school (can’t do that anymore), and inviting friends over for a good meal and some laughs. I love seeing happy faces and full stomachs. Thank you for visiting my site and I look forward to sharing a pinch of my soul with YOU.
